QMods Gates & Automation warrants the ORIGINAL purchaser, at the point of sale, that the product is in good working order and is free from any defect.
- ANY warranty claim must be accompanied by the original invoice.

QMods Gates & Automationto be notified within 7 days of receiving goods via phone or email.
- The warranty period is 12 months from date of Invoice on all other equipment
The warranty will not cover any of the following circumstances in any way.
- Lightning
- Flooding/Water Ingress
- Power-surge
- Fire
- Corrosion
- Insect infestation
- Any form of abnormal use of the equipment
- Gate Binding due to lack of general maintenance (Gates should be swinging and rolling free of any binding or restrictions)
